Log in to Cin7 Core
Go to inventory.dearsystems.com and sign in with your usual credentials.
Open Settings
Click on the Settings menu (gear icon) in the left sidebar or top navigation.
Go to Users & Roles
Inside Settings, click on Users & Roles to manage access for your Cin7 database.
Click "Invite an Adviser"
You'll see the option to invite an external adviser. Click the Invite an Adviser button.
Enter our email address
In the email field, type the following address (click to select and copy):
Click Send
Hit the Send button to dispatch the invitation. We'll receive it instantly.
That's it — you're all set!
We'll accept the invitation and you'll see us listed as an Adviser in your Users & Roles page. We can now access your system to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and configure settings on your behalf.
🔒 What does Adviser access mean?
Adviser access gives us read and configuration access to your Cin7 Core database. We can view your settings, products, orders, and integrations to diagnose issues and make changes you've approved. We cannot delete your data or change billing information. You can revoke our access at any time from the same Users & Roles page.
